Friends let us find how many number members we have referred till now and how many are working among them?

I have referred 14 members till now.
only one among those are working

Making referrals is lot more easy but to make them active is real tough task.I have lots of referrals on one site but not a single user is active there. :evil:

Referring peoples also something tough for nowadays. Just sending a referral link nobody can join. We have to explain all the features to them then only they can join. :( :( :( :( :( :( . After joining also they are not at all active.

Yes one has to tell them how they are going to benefited by the site and how it works.And the most important thing is they have to be convinced that site really pays.Sometime its better to show them the payment proofs. :)

Before referring we should discuss with them about this site and then if he/she show interest then we should give referral link , other wise useless.

Oh yes that is the best way to earn from the sites.One must try to make referrals and keep them active as that way one can earn good money from online sites. :)

Santosh , I think You have done a record about this. 200 referral is not easy.
