But the my current profile picture is the default profile picture that was set as soon as I created my profile.And I am unable to find any option to change the picture under the Edit tab.It will be very much helpful,

Just go to Community tab in the Main menu, shown in this page.
There, you can add your personal profile picture. Take care of the image size..less than 100KB. I think so. Just check!!
