Sure...
Of course, our mind is our best friend and it can turn to our best enemy too!! Most of the crimes occurring are due to lose of control over one's mind in just a moment which later can't be repent!
Yes these are the true words if we cannot control our mind we create our own enemies.
yes chinmoy ji these lines are absolutely right. we can give anger as the name of this loosing control
Also sometimes our bad thoughts make many enemies as it's told an idle mind is a devil's workshop!!!
Yes sitting idle creates many bad thougths in our mind as sandhya said.
It is difficult to comment on Bhagwat Geetha quotations, that comes from mouth of God incarnate himself.

However, it appears that human instinct is to fall in vices like gambling, womanizing, laziness, selfishness. If mind is in control, these instincts are kept in check. Otherwise, the base instincts will dominate and ill consequences will follow.
Every word in Bhagwat Geetha is life lessons when we tried to follow them it is a good for us.

We should have better control over our words, thoughts and action. Actually. what's in our mind comes out even if we try to hide it in the deepest corner of our heart. All our thoughts and actions born in our mind which are carried out by our body parts including tongue and hands. If we are not able to control our mind from flowing through unknown and unnecessary paths, it will leave us in some unknown zone without even reminding!! Better we control our thoughts and mind...it may become our actions very soon or later! :woohoo: :woohoo:

Very true! Mind alone can be one's friend as well as enemy. The mind is a friend of thoese who can control it and enemy of those who have no control over it.
We Must stay control of our words which we are talking so that no enemies for us.
Yes as per a saying- Khali dimagh shaitan ka ghar, that says, an empty mind is house of devil. And that is right upto some extent, One can utilize it either way.
Thats true our mind is who make us to do evil or good thing and those who control it makes it a friend and those who could becomes enemy for them. :)
Actually the one who has nothing else to do, can indulge in activities those are no good for society.

Here lies the need to control the demon residing inside!!
But there are all kind of people to make this world. There are good as well bad, else who would know about good people.
There wont be problem with good people and according to bad they make good people in to bad also.
That is a comparative statement people are good enough to stay behind good people's mask. Some very bad people look very good while some bad looking people are not bad at all.
Irrespective of what is written in scriptures, the best way is to work in your own and family interests the best way by playing rules, remaining within law and not harming others or government.

We must control our natural instincts but not curb these.
