Karma is a personal one. It is given by other individuals.Sometimes, one who deserves may not having the deserving karma. We are the one who can give karma.

Whenever we find someone helping or supporting the forum, or coming up with something which is really appreciable, just give him a karma up. This really encourage the person to stay active...

So, next time onwards.. Do it.. !!
I am not personally perturbed by paucity of karma. apparently, we are still not in habit of adding or deducting karma. I am thankful to Jobin for noting the number of Karma to my credit.
I know that Gulshan that these things hardly matter to you and karma or no karma you will be playing your vital role as effectively as ever. It's for our satisfaction only!
chinmoymukherjee- After you mentioned that my Karma is 1, it has got reduced to 0. So, please ignore otherwise it may be negative figure. Thanks.
Hey Gulshan! It was minus 1 and I am happy to see it disappearing after my post and from now on I hope to see it turning positive!!
It is positive now.Karma is least cared by members I think.Else most will have good Karma points.
Yesterday I wondered on the same. But today it had improved by two points !!Hope it will increase now.
Sometimes few things missed out just like the Karma points of Gulashan. Here is my one Karma point to you.
As I initiated this thread but I could not use the karma as I used that in relation to another member and I am using it now in favor of Gulshan by way of recognition.
Mr.Maverick,
Is it necessary to declare while giving Karma points? To whom did it you gave?Gulshan or Ceem? Both their Karma are at initial state itself!!!

As I mentioned in my post, Gulashan is missing the deserved Karma point and hence gave him and ofcourse Ceem already got my Karma point.
But when I posted a reply in this thread Gulshan's Karma was 1 (just scroll back to see that reply). Here you says you gave one now. Then why don't it increase?

When the thread started it is -2 and before I gave one it is 0 (or -1 as I did not remember)
Have you looked the title of the thread? It says the Karma is -1 when the thread started !!!Sorry if I am wrong.
Yup.. its my mistake. Then when I was giving my Karma point it must be 0.
That is why I asked whether the member knows who had given Karma to him?I think you moderators know whom supplies Karma.
My Karma also got increased by one now.I don't know who increased it.Thanks to that unknown !!!
Let us make the habit of adding karma when we like some post or comment as a mark of appreciation. The post or comment should be basis and not the individual. So, if my comment appears good, my karma should be increased and if I write anything that appears obviously foolish, deduct my karma. The green symbol is reward and red one is punishment.
Oops!!! Your Karma was 2 and now it sees as 1.Some one had deducted it.I feel very difficult to deduct one's Karma and hence not done so far.
