Do you think hard work will always get success at end and that there is no 'luck' or unknown 'X' factor??
I personally believe, even if we work a lot, there is something beyond our hands which determines our success and its chances? Do you people also think so?

i always want destiny to be in my favor but i can't do anything for it if does not favor me.So i must not think about it and do the thing which is in my control that is hard work. :)

What I think sanjeev means that tiger has to catch a deer to eat it. It does not come and as to be eaten.
Yes i meant it that deer don't come itself to the tiger as a food but tiger has to go after the deer and do some work to get it as its food. :)

We have work hard to get what we want.
Yes we should but see to it that we do it properly. :)
But for me hard work works but Planing never works i don't know why. If i plan something happens and i could not follow it and work according to it
Try to plan things which you feel you would be able to achieve with ease if you make tough plans definitely there may be chances that you won't be able to achieve them so start with simple plans first. :)
