whether its dish or life both needs some taste in it.if we talk about dish then if it will have less salt and pepper then also it will not taste good and if more also then too it wont taste good.same is applicable in life too.
without them whether its life or dish both are tasteless and if in excess then too its harmful..am i right?

Yes, our life need a little salt and pepper too....to make it more delicious!!!! :P . Of course, it will be tasteless in its absence!!

Salt adds to taste. Without salt, food is tasteless. Pepper is not so significant to me. Salt may also add pain to injury. Too less and too much salt bot endanger taste as well as affect blood pressure. Christ likened the poor to salt and said that without them, the Earth would be meaningless.
