I also agree.The present system of giving an even share overlooking the actual points scored, is highly irrational and unjust to a hardworking member.

It is a good idea.But it will decrease the share of others in the list.A % suggestion is good.

Did you mean, share the money according to the points earned? Idea is good but I am not sure how the members will respond to such things as only few people can go beyond such levels and they will get the maximum

well it is a point of thinking but they most of the members who are above that level are already getting shortlisted in daily voting and comments list more often so I think single share is a good option.

If the share of revenue is linked to the actual points scored by the members it might lead to a decline in the share of members who figure down the list but the measure would be perfectly logical and introduce an element of healthy competition.More and more members would stay active.

I meant just this - those who had 5000 or more points just give 2 shares of the revenue.If it crosses 10000 points he is a hard earner and give him 10% of his share of that month extra.

Its nice suggestion. revenue share should be distributed as per point basis not equal amount to all eligible members. I think its not fare.

I had a modification to this suggestion.The high point earners can be given one more share if the actual share holders goes below 20 per month.So more or less will be the same effect.
