In my case, I don't know to drive. But I have always seen my husband talking while driving....actually he is working.
What about you? Tell the truth.

I also don't know driving. But many of my relatives do have the habbit of using mobile while driving. It is not safe. If the call is really urgent then one should talk after parking the car on the roadside. Many college students talk on mobile while riding on two wheelers which is more dangerous. Me and my husband have the habbit to stop our two wheelers and then use the mobile.
I think bluetooth may help as it is in one ear but we should avoid it.
if bluetooth will be used there will be no difference because your mind will still be there on phone and that to will lead to a severe accident.in my city two train accidents and a byke accident occured month before and that too because of using mobile while travelling.
Actually, it's breaking of traffic rules. As a good Indian citizen, we do have duties. If we can't even take care of such simple things, how can we carry big tasks of our nation???????
You are talking about nation first save own and family.
My request to you and your husband not to use mobile while driving,I don't use.

So, I think some elder one is needed to give them a punch
NEVER ! First of all it is just not safe to do so and it is also banned .Two , good enough reasons not to use mobile while driving. If I get a call I either pull up to the side and attend to it or else if that is not possible I simply ignore it ..
In fact that is the right way of driving, just stop aside and attend/make your call.
