I am disgusted to know that British had named this as 'bathroom fruit'. I also do not like unhygienic way of eating. One should not eat mangoes or anything in office. Only biscuits and tea is okay in office.

Actually the way people eat mangoes some people may find it disgusting but overall I can love summers for this fruit alone. Otherwise there is no reason to tolerate this weather in any case.

While I was carrying, I ate only mangoes for lunch......only mango fruit :laugh: :laugh:
Actually I lived on those Mangoes, since it was mango season at that time. I couldn't eat anything at that time and used to get frequent scoldings from my husband while doing so. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

How can Britishers name mango as bathroom fruit? It is really bad.
But Still Indians would lik to have it anytime and any whr.

Actually people who have their own way of thinking and have a complex, would never care for others feeling and fall flat in the end.

Wow this is the nice information gulshan ji. But I had not visited that mela as it was started from our state.

We also heard a Mango mela at Kanakunnu Palace while I was enjoying by vaccasion at capital city. Yet, time didn't allow me to visit it

We eat lot of Dushehri mangoes every season. I don't think there is any one who hate mangoes. :)

British named this fruit as bathroom fruit.But I think rare people hate mangoes.It smells attract us towards it.

The way you eat matters. Instead of feeling bad about dirty hands and face, it is better to popularize better way to eat and tell children also to eat in a more cleanly way. I eat mango with spoon.

No matter what anybody might say, I love mangoes and cant have enough of it during season.We have three mango trees at home and they are filed with fruits during summer and it is such a joyful sight to see the birds chirping and the squirrels chasing each other...There are many foreigners too who like the fruit, since the mango plucker who comes to our place says that he ships baskets of mangoes to Britain on personal orders from tourists who had come and had the fruit here..

Really I eat with spoon. First cut mango into slices. Then each slice is like a saucer. Just take mango with spoon and eat this.

I usually remove its skin, slice into pieces and distribute. My girl likes its middle part very much. I was also so, when I was a kid
