I heard bad reviews of Sikkim university few yrs back. It is a famous university but job opportunities are not good at least in city like Mumbai

I f you want to compare in between these two only then Punjab University is better because Sikkim Manipal has not much of reputation and companies reject its students without interview.

forget about distance learning for MCA as it does not have that much value.yes you can apply for punjab university.why not uptu or du?

Obviously he is looking for distant learning so he is asking about these two. UPTU and DU have no such facilities.
