i think in a poll section should ask a answer when we are create any poll.

We have updated the Poll section. Now you can create polls yourself.
Also in polls we ask for answer within the options and its very difficult to make open option polls since it makes poll just like forums where we ask our doubts or express our feeling and others also share their.
