What happened to Arooshi murder case?

I don't know what CBI is doing but its been very serious the girl who was brutly murdered at her home while sleeping along with her parents in the adjacent room could not get the justice for over 3 years. :evil: Is our police is so weak in investigation that they could not catch those who killed her or our system is so much corrupted that they know who those people are but are not arresting them. :evil: Its bit surprising as well as shame for us that we are living in the world where we are not safe even in our homes and someone can barge in the house and kill us without getting caught by anyone. :evil: :angry: :evil: :evil: :evil:

You know we live in the same area where this happened so we have first hand knowledge as per the people saw things there.


That true and also the famous Nithari case which happened here i know few people also who still live there. :)

I am sure from the first day as to who did it. Arushi must have done some thing to unpleasing them.

May be her parents saw them both Hemraj And Arooshi.Even the police told it in the first report but then CBI changed it. :blink:

Now also i think the case is not being investigated with the same speed with which it was re opened i think there is again some problem. :evil:

Sanjeev, actually if CBI know who is the culprit and if that culprit is rich person then CBI take money and leave that person and they act as if they are investigating seriously

This is wrong with our country we have been so corrupt we don't let any chance down to get money. In this case too it seems that some one is really corrupt and don't want this case to further open. :evil:

According to this lady Aarushi is an adopted child and there used to be a lot of quarrels and fights between the mother and daughter..

She is gone , the Servant is gone. No proofs against the parents. CBI is getting no where. Honour killing is the answer here but they can't prove it. :( :(.. They can keep creating warrants but eventually parents will get out of this.. and she ain't gonna get justice..

Aarushi and Hameraj were murdered in Noida in year 2008. Aarushi was a girl of a dentist couple and Hemraj was their servant. They we murdered and the new was there that Aarushi was having affair with hemraj. Police is not able to find any evidence till now that who did it.

According to this lady who is a relative of mine, the CBI team had visited almost all the houses in the neighborhood and questioned them and they all know that Aarushi is an adopted child, though not legally.Apparently , She is a far relatives child...

Well I havent know that she is adopted, :ohmy: then why the parents havent disclosed it in the hearing.. if the child is illegally adopted then they will be punished for it also..I think its all money that's controlling this case for giving final verdict. :huh: :(

The neighbors know more about anyone than distant persons who get information only from newspapers. Some information us private but could be shared with close friend or neighbor. Arushi could be adopted.

The issue is that the case is still under investigation. Arushi's mother has again gone to Supreme court for bail.

It looks the case will be closed if goes on with the same pace.Hope CBI could be able to gather proofs and could be able to help to provide justice to Arooshi. May be her soul get peace after seeing the culprits getting punished by law. :)
