I don't know what CBI is doing but its been very serious the girl who was brutly murdered at her home while sleeping along with her parents in the adjacent room could not get the justice for over 3 years. Is our police is so weak in investigation that they could not catch those who killed her or our system is so much corrupted that they know who those people are but are not arresting them. Its bit surprising as well as shame for us that we are living in the world where we are not safe even in our homes and someone can barge in the house and kill us without getting caught by anyone.
Honor killing is rampant in some of the Northern states and very few come to the surface and what is disturbing is the fact that most them hail from affluent families!
So true, also what amazes and upsets me more is that these people are well educated and get around more in the world and yet their practices are almost medieval and barbaric in nature, at least where the women folk is concerned!!

Who are victims?
A question that crossed my mind too!

My plain understanding of CBI investigations points to late Arushi as the victim of senseless and macabre violence perpetrated by her parents!!

Most probably this is a case of 'honor killing' by parents.
Yes by first sense it might be a case of "Honor Killing " by parent but why police are so confused. If they are so sure then why they are doing late....
The entire episode has filled my mind with a kind of sickness! Parents plotting and murdering their own and only daughter!!

Do you believe her parents killed her?
I still can't. I don't know why

I did not beleive it when she was murdered but now when most of the evidences say that the murderers are no other than her parents i am forced to beleive it.

And the thing which confuses me the most is how can someone remain asleep when someone is killing two people in the house. I don't know who killed Arooshi but she deserves justice and mystery should be resolved soon and culprits should be punished soon before the file is closed by the court.
No culprits surely be punished and may be she remain asleep due to some form of chloroform she inhale........Just hope that Arooshi get as soon as possible justice.

Police (C.B.I.) are sure but they donot decide. They prosecute in court. Punishment is by court.

She will get the justice soon. :)

Chloroform? No they were not.Even the murderer did not enter their rom.
Yes No one found to be enter into the room.As Police said that Nupur tanveer and his Husband are stay just beside the room of Arooshi. Both room were separated by a Plywood.

And that is the reason i said it that there are 99% chances that her parents killed her.
sorry to give a very different point here all of sudden.i even also want that she should get justice.but why media is taking this matter so much high and why not others.on an average almost 30-40 cases like this happened in north region but no one was ever investigated like this and not a single was mentioned in media.some were mentioned in local news paper for 1 week and then over.
do only girls from wealthy and good society needs justice?why not others?its a matter of a family who has a status in society so is now in news but what about others.few months back a girl at my house back was thrown in the lake.people say its suicide but actually she was murdered first and then was thrown in the lake and that too by her family members but the investigation was done for few weeks after that nothing.the culprits are free.
think once everyone why not every matter is highlighted like this?why?

I agree that there are lot of cases pending in the court like this but its OK if at least one of the cases get solved. Its not that Arooshi was wealthy so she is getting the justice its just a coincidence that she was wealthy and the case got in news so frequently.

I also have thought several times....why Arushi case gained this much attention
In our state, it's Abhaya case.....even after 20 years, it's hot since she was a Christian nun and culprits are Christian nun and 2 'fathers' :side:
A media trial is neither just nor legal.Let us wait for the verdict in this tragic case!

I have a strong feeling that this is another case of honor killing while the parents saw some thing undesired and did a perfect job being doctors who know so much about legal aspects of matters like these.

Absolutely they did it so perfectly being doctors that they left no evidence at all but still they will be caught.
lets wait for the court decision till then we cant say anything.dont know how long this case will go on.
You know we live in the same area where this happened so we have first hand knowledge as per the people saw things there.
