Dalits are used to get vote only in these Great INDIA Under GREAT HINDU Culture.we should avoid the dirty not a man.but we avoid man. Here shoes are sold under air conditioner and foods are sold on foot path.It happens only in India.
Shoes, food and other things are all sold in big shops as well as on footpath. This is to cater to rich and poor both. This is a matter of economics, rich and poor and not related to caste.
But discrimination against Dalit on such a matter like hair cut is gross violation of human rights. There is nothing wrong if some one may not enter a costly Beauty parlor and get hair cut on footpath because of his poverty. But this will be very inhuman to deny entry to some body anywhere- barber shop, restaurant etc. only because of his so called low caste.
Yes it is very inhuman.. Indians are still into the caste system. Even though Indians are educated but still the people are illiterate. People here discriminate every other person based on caste which is very wrong.
Dalits are also humans and god created them so when god dont discriminate these people than y should we humans do?

God- if any discriminates and is unjust. But man is social being and we should be just to all. The law of God and nature is- survival of the fittest. The purpose of living in society is to ensure that even the weakest can live with dignity. Human society differs from barbaric primitive man just as a garden differs from forest.
There are certain pockets which are facing this problem where as this is other way round in some other pockets. This is politicians who are making things the way they are.
Politicians are not to blame. It is they who have changed the status and lot of Dalit. It is Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. Ambedkar, Jagjivan Ram and other politicians who worked for bringing a more just social order.
Our age old social system and prejudices based on caste is responsible for this.
