Everybody should wait at least an hour to brush their teeth after consuming sports and energy drinks or tea.

Brushing teeth and affect of energy drinks are different. Certain similarity is unavoidable.

I have read that one should brush his teeth twice daily.One by brush and one by middle finger.

It is true that the higher acidity levels in the energy drinks causes damage to the tooth enamel.This damaged enamel makes the teeth over sensitive,prone to cavities and more likely to deccay.

:ohmy: yeah! did you know that young unripe jackfruits are plucked from the trees in Kerala around march- April months and then taken to factories to be dried and powdered so ha energy drinks can be made. Is it not shocking? The driver of a van told us when he requested for ours. we did not sell ours. we also stopped giving such drink to our son.

What kind of drink is made from unripe jackfruit? I think jackfruit is a vegetable? Here in Gujarat too,we used to eat.

I don't know that its bad or not. Jackfruit is a vegetable,we all eat it.From here,i don't think there is any harm.
If in the process of making h_______s jackfruit is not used and if it is used in replacement,then its a harm.They shouldn't do this.

yes, this absolutely true, energy drinks harm the teeth. thats why after having the energy drink it is good to wash your mouth and teeth with water or else your teeth turn in yellow in color
