Kalyani will definitely see. But the asker must get answer. To get answer, he need only click 'search' icon in forum and the relevant posts will be displayed.

Sandhya she never bans him but lock that thread. She wont get angry she will say answer and lock that thread.

This is better to answer rather than lock.Other can ask something better.

Or if newbie is having doubt means we can search for him we can keep link for him. This could be better.

Actually this is the best way to read the FAQ and admins blog to get to know the things around on a site. That is the best way to know about ones capacities as well.

Some even donot understand after studying we must help them by guiding.

Here are few ways two ways to earn money.

Make points here by doing activities:

1.Particpate in forums and earn 5 points/post
3.Attend poll and get 1 point /poll
3.View articles and get 1 point/article

Write articles/Reveiws and get cash awards & points once they are approved and published.

Attend as many as polls/day and can get 25 Rs as top voter of the day.

Be on leader board and get award/week.

Total points that are accumulated in a month decide the share we get from the site/month. :)

I think after reading Sanjeev's post there should be no doubt for any one. I am going to earn some voting points now.
