How can we improve our articles quality?

logical flow of ideas
grammatically correct and consistent
No spelling errors
division into paragraphs
Headings and subheading higlighted...

better we scrutinised the submitted articles :)

We need to collect all information on the topic from internet and other sources. Then rearrange the data/ information in a logical sequence so as to elucidate on the views of author. The spelling and grammar should be checked. The author should reread the whole article and ensure that this is really informative, useful, interesting and well formatted. Then he should submit it.

Read good articles in magazines.Analyse its way of communication,lay out,presentation etc.Then prepare our own article in that manner.

Thanks for you reply. I am trying to improve our article's quality. I think we should care for spelling mistakes, paragraph breakup, insertion of image etc to make our article beautiful.
