Do you remember GOD when you are happy?

I do remember God at both circumstances. Even if I say my worries and quarrel with him, I never forget to thank him if he grands me something :)

God is with me so do not have to remember him. I am his son so he has to remember me. Why should I disturb him while he is so very busy solving problems of others. :evil:

We don't remember God when we are happy but remember in danger.

I always remember god in worries and in happiness too since god gave us that happiness. I make sure that I thanks god every time I achieve something.
Some people forget god when they are happy , but they should remember what will happen if god forget them in their bad times? Nothing works without god and against his will.. :)

When I say I am son of the God that means he is with me always. So why should i disturb him any more who is already mine. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Dukh men sumiran sab karen, sukh men kare na koi
Jo sukh men sumiran karen to dukh kahe ko hoi.

(all remember in agony. None remember in happiness
If you remember in happiness, why agony?)

This may be interpreted another way. Remembering God may be considered as following rules of good living. If you live simple and chaste life and work hard, why you should ever face sickness and other trouble.

Visiting places of pilgrimage is more a kind of tourism than remembrance of God. We usually see that when some one is in trouble, he says: Hey Raam. During rejoicing, people seldom utter any God name.

I did not ask to go to temple when you are happy or sad i just asked when do you remember God.Do you remember Him when you are happy or just when you are in pain? :)

Then what is the use, I think you should ask daily for some thing. That would give you more chances to thank him again.

There is conceptual problem in God listening to prayers. Interests of devotees are often contradictory to each other. There is story of two sisters- potter and farmer's wives. One prayed for rain and another for dry season. Whom will God favor. Suppose a tiger prays for food. Goat prays for protection. Will God favor tiger or goat and why?
