Yes. I think such acts are becoming common now-a-days and we should take it serious by punishing the culprit. Even a mental patient will only try to hit any person, these type of sick people are really unforgiveful.

Yes this came common thing raping small children even they are not thinking on whom they are attempting.

Now people have become in such a way that they will see it is female or not. they wont even see age. Actually why our country has become like this i don't understand. If they find small girl or adult girl they just want to eat her. They wont even think that those girls are like their sister daughter. Just they grab them. Such culprits should be necked at the center of the city so others other idiots will get some fear in doing such bad things.

few days back watched a incident of orissa-pipli village. a girl was raped another girl raised voice against her so she too was raped and even was almost killed but saved by god but in coma.and the people who did this were the people of M.L.A. of that place.first he saved his people and when found that now he will loose his seat he asked them to surrender.and he himself has many case against him.now say.the government put orders to check back the whole case again.but this action was taken before then atleast the other girl would have been safe.

I doubt whether already there is a law :unsure: . For girls below 15 years, even if sex is done with her permission, it will be considered as rape. :whistle:

Even life imprisonment is not enough for such criminals. They should be hanged in full view of the public to let some others learn a lesson.

But many cases are reporting where fathers are not seeing their own 5 year old or 10 year old kids as their daughters.

I have just read a case where a gang of 12 women raped a 16 years old boy in an West Indian island. That is nothing with men only. Many women are also indulged in such cases however small or more in numbers.
