i was always against government services from my childhood except this one.my mother always asked me to give bank exams and other government service exams but i didnt.i was always attracted towards defence and moreover wanted to join air force.
but many people told me that its a bad idea.girls are not meant for this field and etc.
so what you people think??

Though they are huge oppurtunities women often fear of being harassed in army and other defense service..that's the many cause most of the young girls are hesitating to move forward. Other wise its good for any girls too as they can learn to be strong in life.
Harassment is at many places but the environment in army differs. Girls may be gradually accepted in non combat peace formations but it is unlikely that they would be accepted in infantry or artillery that are involved in actual combat.

I think the environment definitely differs as girls has be tough in attempting all those tasks. Both body and mind should be tuned to do those tasks, which is not needed for other jobs..
