Sonia Gandhi is President of congress, heading U.P.A. and National Advisory council. In a party system, the control over Government is exercised by the party ruling. Thus, there is nothing wrong or unusual in Sonia Gandhi performing her duties in these capacities. It is wrong to dub her as foreign citizen. she is very much Indian citizen. Place of birth alone does not determine citizen.

In the present situation, nothing will be happened even Sonia Gandhi replaces her as PM in place of Manmohan Singh because people would cherish to change in politics nationally.
