Humans are not factory products. so, fixed rules cannot apply to them en any matter including health. Your own body is best guide. If some thing is harmful, you may dislike that. again, when you always feel some discomfort on consuming a particular thing, you will know this is harmful. many things are just common sense and common experience matters.
But nowadays harmful things are also consumed by humans eventhough they know it is harm to them.
I understand that the more healthy food is not delicious and more delicious food is not healthy. What is good is not attractive. So, I feel that we should take more of healthy and less of delicious. Six days in week eat good healthy food irrespective of taste. Enjoy delicious food at week end even if unhealthy. This will balance health with joy.
