In our Andhra Pradesh, they have implemented a rule that for government students government will provide notebooks free that to from 1st class to 8th class only.

This is really good. I am happy for the poor children who study in Government schools

I think looking at AP, other states's Government should also help poor people in education.

if every state follow this then in India there will be no problem for the children to get educated
