Top confidential letter by Army chief has been leaked. Is this not a result of too much stress on Right to information and publicity hunger of bureaucrats, army persons and politicians.
However, the revelations by Army chief are matter of concern as these point at our weak defence preparation.

Its really a concern for which they should think about.As the leaking of something confidential that too in defence department can be a dangerous thing for a nation. :blink:
