It's sure..if I ask this question to my husband...he will answer, his boss.
I splutter once in 6 months or 1 year, while his boss splutter 6 times an hour....

Mustard splutters when we put them in oil.But I think boss splutters much when employer does mistakes, they don't want to hear any word from employer they just started frowning at them.
