These much of days we thought dim light is affect the eyes, but after reading the facts only we can know for strain only for eyes.

when our eyes strain, we should let eyes rest. This is similar to our legs that are tired after long walk. all that we do is rest and all is well.

Rest and sleep is the better medicine for curing several problems.
Sleep is best when you are tired. In other physical problems, you may need some other remedy. If your eyes are strained you give rest to your eyes. If legs are tired by walking more, you give rest to legs by sitting.
If we eat good food and have proper balanced diet we can keep ourselves fit and healthy.We must need to do good exercise to keep ourselves fit.
