1 week has passed since, newspaper strike has begun in Kerala. Distributors are asking for more remuneration. :angry:
How many of you don't read newspaper every day? For others, what's the importance of this booklet in your mornings along with a cup of tea?

I am orthodox old man go by tradition. I still read newspaper and pay for it. I even sell it to Scrap dealer and make good money. I can not sell my lappy to scrap dealer.

But everyone are not depended on the webpages and all. For news people are mostly dependent on newspapers and news channels

Some times I read news online also but that is for emergency purpose only. Mostly I am dependent on a newspaper. I find much more about local matters which I cannot find on internet.

yes, we can get news from internet too, i agree. But most of the people get news through newspaper only

I can get main news on internet but when I have to see detailed information on local happenings around I have to go for a news paper.
