I think spicejet offers much cheap fares but we cannot compare like that as depending on facilities and distance the charges are made. Ya as said makemytrip.com or yatra.com is good way to know the cheap fare...

Whatever it may be the ground handling charges are above RS 2500 I think.So cheap means not cheap!!!
