What is the criteria for evaluating articles?

After checking the articles genuineness.

we considered these points to give cash and points:
# Detailed information on the topic(cover the depth of topic)
# Presentation(use of editor tools for formatting)
# Proper explanation(in simple words,easy understandable)
# Proper English Grammar(sentences,vocabulary)
# Proper Title keywords that search engine understands better(giving proper title to article, using keywords repeatedly)-this is used to give points and not cash.
# Proper use of images.

The article quality matters more than quantity(length)
