It is sure, we will be motivated if we receive good appreciation for our hard work. Some such moments may not fade away from our memory even after years?
Can you quote 1 or 2 such real incidents of your life which you got real appreciation from someone from the bottom of your heart, which still inspires you a lot??? :cheer:

But since kids are more innocent, they love them a lot
Yes kids needs it more because that way we can teach them the right things or motivate them to do good work.
We have got a lot in our childhood.
Let us give them back to our kids
