It is sure, we will be motivated if we receive good appreciation for our hard work. Some such moments may not fade away from our memory even after years?
Can you quote 1 or 2 such real incidents of your life which you got real appreciation from someone from the bottom of your heart, which still inspires you a lot??? :cheer:

wow what a topper in our boddunan site school topper really nice.
Am the school topper in my tenth standard. I got appreciation from all my teachers and relatives.. I think that was the best and memorable moment in my life

And appreciation from me too. :cheer:

Next time if someone asks this question please add my name too along with your teachers and relatives.
I always get appreciation for cooking specially my side dishes. Everyone loves my special chicken thoran.... (You can go through my articles here).

I was always teacher's favourite because I was a silent girl, who obeys them very much....Good student who was not a headache to teachers :woohoo:

When I was studying SSLC, our headmaster was handling English 1st subject. After 1 model exam, he was so much impressed by my essay that he appreciated me a lot and read it in front of class. He even gave me full marks, though I had some mistakes. He said, "I can't keep myself from giving full marks to that question even if you had committed some simple mistakes. I am really impressed by your way of writing".
Those words are echoing in my ears till now, I think it's the best appreciation I have got in my life.

Also, my English Sir of pre-degree once told, "You will really reach many heights of your life". Though I haven't reached anywhere, I still remember his words.

One more similar incident I will quote it later.
I got alot of appreciations for my behavior with friends, helping nature, my attitude, my way of understanding people, my way of thinking and some time about cooking.

Oh know we are thinking that you will bring specials as your experimenting in your kitchen now a days
One of my good appreciation, i have given you in this thread.
Another one.....
My first versification competition at my college when I got second.
Actually only a few students were there to competite. Since, we want a boy of our class....Prasad(I have made him a Boddunan member) to win competition we also participate in it to fill the gaps....When result came, I got first in English essay writing and second in versification.

Versification subject was 'Parting' and we know, our co-ordinator is the judge.
Actually, some students write it as a form of discussion, where they added 1 or 2 lines from English Albums to make it a poem.....after saying.... "He may not heard this MJ song....this is not famous" :P    Actually they made it a funny competition.

When result came, some one of that discussion group got first and I got second. Prasad got only third.
But when he told, "Actually you deserved the first....they were just copying lines from English Albums", I replied...."your comment.....is more precious even than the first prize"......Isn't it???????

It happens Sandya sometime we may not win but put the people appreciation make us feel as if we have won.
The appreciations are part of our life like criticism etc. I never take any of them too seriously because they can make a bad affect on our mind if taken too seriously.
My best appreciation of my life is when I played cricket in my office when our team has losed main wickects I got a good score for me as well as for team.
i have got many appreciations in my college life as well as at my home also.but the best one was when the chairman of my college appreciated me for the best industrial presentation among all bba as well as mba students and announced my name in the seminar hall.i felt so happy.even all the faculty members, dean and director and chief guest also appreciated me and i got so many chocolates also.really it was a memorable moment.
