I always trust others very easily & they broke me into pieces everytime. So i get depressed again n again.


Unlike you i don't trust people easily and that's the reason i am not at all hurt they break my heart. :)
Thinking about my debts make me fell depressed. although its not a big problem.
The mistakes we had done unknowing will make me depressed.
Pnly liars and pretenders can make me feel bad, otherwise nothing in the world can depress me. I stay away from them.
The person who is having close relation told lie means it makes me compulsary depressed.

People are telling lots of lies these days, learn how to filter actual facts.

Being human this is not possible to have some expectations, there is so much to think about which we wish to do and while not getting it, this is natural that makes us disappointed.

That's right one should give a space and should keep low hopes even from the closed ones to avoid frustration once the expectations don't meet.But its very rare people think it but fail to apply it and hence get depression at the end. :)

When we are hoping for the best we can never get ready for the worst. Am i not right?
When ever my close one fight with me without understanding my point. Then i will get depressed.
I will be depressed more when I am punished for a non-committed mistake. Evenif it may be small, I can't tolerate it all. It may be my negative factor. But if it's my mistake, i never feel sad if scolded

I feel bad, not depressed actually when I find some one making noise even after committing mistakes.
I even feel depressed when someone blame me unnecessarily and even shout at me
Feeling bad and depression are completely different. A bout of depression is precursor to some mental ailments. One must guard against negativism completely engulfing one's mind!
