Is that, Rice, Chapati or any thing else. I eat Chapati most of the time but can live on rice or Idli as well.

For the past 1 year, I am avoiding rice for lunch......at least 5 days a week. You know, it's difficult for a Malayali. Yet I do it.
For breakfast, any rice item.....idli, dosa, idiyappam, appam, steam cake or Sooji upma.
For dinner, I prefer chappathi. Sometimes noodles or kuttiyappam.
I have tea, normally 3 times a day ;)
I eat chapati. vegetables and pulses at night. I take bread/ butter and eggs as breakfast. during day, I take biscuits, tea, juice etc.
We having mostly Chapati here.. Also rice but once in a week.

3 times a day?
Won't you get bored?
I take mostly dal chawal or chapati dal for lunch & in dinner any vegetable with chapati. I avoid taking rice in dinner. Also sometimes, i prefer tandoori roti in meals for a change of taste from regular chapati so i get it from nearby restaurant to have with home made vegetable specially paneer item.
Not 3 times.. Two times in a day. Lunch and dinner.. I don't used to take breakfast or any other snack in a day...

Yes sometimes I get bored and that day we have some special thing...
From my childhood till now, I have rice as my regular diet that is for afternoon lunch and night dinner. But for breakfast mostly i have different types of south Indian tiffen every day like idly, dosa, upma, bread etc.and only on Saturday night I have tiffen as my dinner.
I take a glass of milk and 2 paranthas in breakfast in the morning. :)

In lunch i take rice, chapati, dal and vegetable. :)

In dinner i take roti and dal/vegetable. :)
Is their any difference between roti and chapati?!!!

I like tandoori as well, also while eating out I can go for rumali aor nan. Although nan is not a problem at home but they taste different with friends. I like different stuffed Parnthas also. Onion and potato.

I like Stuffed Paranha, curd and butter in the morning. I am running to fridge now to take an apple out.
I regularly take rice in my diet.

AKP there is no difference between them.
I think the same.. but SJ mentioned both in one so I got confused.. ha ha

I think so may be they make in different ways as well. May be a roti cooked in old Chlha tastes better.

You should never quit breakfast. It will really affect your health and work
Yes as the break fast and dinner have a gap of almost 12 hours, this is must even if one skips lunch instead.
AKP there is lot of difference between roti and chapathi as stated by others, so time we may stuff leafy vegetable inside chapathi too.
I normally take rice with dal and veggies, roti and other fast foods ( no specific time for it)
