What are the triggers of your anger?

I agree, this is kind of steam-off but one doesn't have to go all out to do it immediately at the spot. There are ways to do it, in phases, naturally. Like using punching-bags etc, shouting on top of a roof top where no one is hearing and kicking out shoes on the floor as soon as entering in the house. Many ways...want some more? ;)
You see as a marketing professional, I got mad many times but could not afford to show it off at the spot or show it to the person whom I wanted to punch. So what I would do, just went back to my hotel. Threw m bag on the bad, took my shoes and threw myself on the bed and called that person names.
Yes Chinmoy jee you are right with out that we cannot manage in our life.
When are you going to break your next mobile??? :P
Really.....your mobile story has really made this thread very active
If I become angry, I want to say straight at the person's face and cool my feelings. If not, it will disturb me even after years.
I always believe that, if we have any indifference with a person, we should correct it as soon as possible, before proceeding further. Isn't it?
Now I dont break my mobile Sandhya you know one thing if I had faced problem with a person I will show what he told me at that time after several years also. I will remember each and every thing i.e like a words punishment to him.
But, by this way, you are punishing yourself also. Am I not right?
Will you feel happy whenever you think of that person?
To me, nothing makes me angry, I am anger proof. I put my hat on and rain in the dance. That makes me cool.
actually, it is more dangerous to stay cool controlling all emotions than shouting. I don't like it
I have found another reason.....
if anyone shouts at me, if i have not committed a mistake, i will become angry
