What are the triggers of your anger?

I don't think meditation alone can be of any help, one needs to develop the right attitude through rationalizing.
A lot of maturity can also help us to control our anger. Isn't it?
That's why, as kids we become angry easily. But as we grow, we learn more things and find that sometimes we are becoming angry for wrong reasons..i.e. We are easily able to distinguish between right and wrong

Sometimes we need to take a detached view of life and more attached you are - the more trouble! Triggers of anger lies in various situations and anger is an instinctive and seldom positive reactions to them!

After all, we are just human beings.....we cannot even detach from our dreams. Isn't it? :evil: :evil: :evil:

We sometime attach and sometime detach - that's the way of life!! {CJATTACHMENT ["id": 6322]}
