What are the triggers of your anger?

I don't think meditation alone can be of any help, one needs to develop the right attitude through rationalizing.

A lot of maturity can also help us to control our anger. Isn't it?
That's why, as kids we become angry easily. But as we grow, we learn more things and find that sometimes we are becoming angry for wrong reasons..i.e. We are easily able to distinguish between right and wrong
My management training taught me how to remain calm and composed in worst of conditions. An angry salesman cant sell even his own gold ring. They will think he is trying to fake brass for gold.
We should relieve from stress then most of the anger will be controlled.
No one can stay away from stress in this age but management of stress and the way we handle it will certainly can help a lot.

Sometimes we need to take a detached view of life and more attached you are - the more trouble! Triggers of anger lies in various situations and anger is an instinctive and seldom positive reactions to them!
Anger is an comparative statement. What one thinks is anger could be his her suppressed frustrations as well. So if one tries to come out of blues, s/he won't remain in an angry state.

After all, we are just human beings.....we cannot even detach from our dreams. Isn't it?
