I really like to experiment with my recipes and bring new variations in them. I always like change.Of course, my husband is its first victim :laugh: :laugh:

Do you have experiences in kitchen, where you have done an experiment and made a wonderful dish than expected or made a very horrible one......i.e good or bad.

Three days back I tried upma to eat but it became some type of food which we cannot even taste.

I already learnt about vegetarian cooking, now learning non vegetarian. for me cooking is not a big thing once we start cooking, we may fail 2 or 3 times at the starting,if you get the grip then no one can stop you

You can add yogurt also. It will bring a sour taste to chutney. It's also nice.

The best thing is I never have to enter in a kitchen unless I decided to take a few photographs.
yesterday I had done one experiment with rice which is failed so I used that one as useful for snacks in rice again.

Shallots tastes more good than onions.
Also, you can add raw bengal gram.....only a few. It gives another chutney :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

What is kundru?
i like green chilli, but my brother will not like it. he is afraid of it. My sister in law wanted to solve the problem, i gave an idea, to grind chillies with mixie and we mad omlet.really it was superb. halo, i dont tell, my brother told he liked it very much.. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
