I really like to experiment with my recipes and bring new variations in them. I always like change.Of course, my husband is its first victim :laugh: :laugh:

Do you have experiences in kitchen, where you have done an experiment and made a wonderful dish than expected or made a very horrible one......i.e good or bad.

I always try to make some variations in the same dish by experimenting new......thus learns more....
Actually, Kitchen is my Chemistry lab, where I will always get something from an experiment

Saffron is very expensive....isn't it?
Also all Hyderabad dishes contain saffron....like coconut for Keralites :woohoo:

One very interesting experience i am going to share.One day i was on trip of Nainital there is no one who cook food then i decided to cook and every one gives good reaction .from very that day i understand i also cook food..........

But there are many places in between Mallital to Tallital in Nainital where you get good food. Also near Maidan and all over the place,no shortage of food.
