Calcium and phosphorous together constitute the bones along with marrow. Calcium makes your bones strong and develops it.
Calcium is the important constituent of our body. It is useful to develop bones and teeth. It is also useful in muscle contractions. Our bones and teeth are reservoir of calcium, whenever calcium is less in body, calcium from bones and teeth are used up which later leads to fractures and dental problem.
Hence food with good source of calcium is very necessary.
it is also useful to maintain the high blood pressure and reduce cholesterol levels.

Along with calcium , vit D is required to absorb that calcium.

What else do you think is calculi is, that is stone in the kidney and UTS is urinary tract system. Related much to kidney.
