Even i too prepare by adding masalas, pepper, vegetables in it. Very tasty.

In my opinion it is good as you regularly eat rice and Wheat.If yes then Noodles is also good for our health too as many samples of Noodles were prepare from Rice or Wheat. :dry: :dry: :dry: :dry:
