This is a fact. India might have become super power many years back. Not only the social, economic, political and religious causes are behind backwardness of India, there are some traitors who are engulfing the country.

No doubt we need to resolve our internal issues first to become a super power. :)

But my view is different INDIA must need to control its population which is increasing with the fast rate to emerge as super power in next few years. :)

Yes India should be surely super power but many factors are just being barrier.. Politics is the most I guess.

Corruption is the one which is the obstacle in India's growth. :( But i don't if we would be able to eliminate it from the root. :)

Yes. Corruption is effecting whole world. and unfortunately India is most effected country. :(

This is too complex an issue to reach on a single point conclusion. I agree some of the points mentioned are there to be resolved but those are not the only points which are keeping us back from reaching to the top.

I was chatting with AKP all the time and was telling why India is not super power. I told him why you are going to loose your first position as super power, because bad powers are using wrong methods to push you back. Am I right AKP? ;)
