Make sure you are saving the file just by name which I have given..

You don't need to run it in VB script.. Just copy paste the thing in notepad and save it with what I have mentioned.. Save it on desktop.
You will get that file with some page like icon.. Just double click on it and you will able to hear voice..

So you will only get voice no program.. So make sure your speakers aren't mute.

It should be Suny... Just make sure that you are saving with proper name and given extention..
