How do you create new thread in boddunan?

I dont know whether what i am telling is correct or not however i used to create like this only if i want to create

1. Go to categories section.

2. Select what type of that thread you are going to create, i mean whether it is a general or sports or education etc.....

3. Select the type and you will get a window with options just fill and you can create a new thread

I also was in this dilema first.But later it was described by Mr.Maverick and Deivigan had done it above.
