How do you tackle your subordinates?

Now I have no subordinates. Yet i have to deal with many in course of professional job. I had a number of subordinates when in Government service. All in an office form a team for common work. I would listen patiently to all and accommodate all views. But I would be strict on performance.

That is perfect, I would listen them carefully and assign them a particular project. I know they are professionals and worth. I shall only keep an eye to monitor, things are moving smoothly.
