my preference is lassi because it is sweet and I love curd with sugar.

I prefer making it at home or having Jersey brand lassi...
I love to drink salted buttermilk, fat free, sugar free and good for different health related problems. Lassi is my next choice. Oh you made me run toward fridge.
great!

I know we must be hydrated through the day, please have what you like!
i love Lassi ..

I love to have curd with sugar and it tastes yummy... :P
I had never drunk Lessi :(
Can you tell me a simple way to make it?

I prefer buttermilk.....by adding...green chillies, salt, ginger and leaves of curry, coriander and lemon :)
I also prefer lassi and one made by raw mango after burning it.
I prefer lassi and butter milk as curd is gives heat to the body and lassi and buttermilk cool our body and they are good in summer.

If anyone know to prepare lassi at home itself. I request them to share with us. As I always purchase it and have. but in most of the purchased lassi there will be lots of creams and extra ingredients which are used for giving us good taste. and they cause harm to us.
Now I have changed my opinion and am ready to drink any thing which is available for free, still i like buttermilk, salted.
I prefer buttermilk withe mint and curry leaves and ghee+jeera tadka on it!! YUMMMMM!

For everything you add ghee...I don't know why :silly: :silly:
It is easy to make lassi

Take the curd, add some water and add powdered sugar to it and blend in mixie with whipper blade for 1 minute. take it out in a glass and add ice and drink it!

you can make powdered sugar by blending sugar in small spice jar.

you can do your own experiment!
like you can add khoa and rooh afza shebet to your lassi

or you can add something sweet like kalakand to your lassi

yummy yummy
You know Punjabis do it a bit different way. They take half a kg of curd for every person, do not mix any water mix sugar and shake well, fill big glasses ikg each mix some ruhafza, cream/Rubri/Malai and serve. I am going to make a glass of lassi you made me thirsty again.
Sometimes lassi, sometimes buttermilk and sometimes just plain curd with salt.
So share some picture here of different lassi so that we can satisfy our thrust.
here are some glasses of lassi.Drink it.
