Tougher penalties for violating traffic rules

Yeah, right. But i don't think that is enough , there should be stricter rules, rich people dont care about fines!

I agree that rich people don't care for fines. It will be better to seize the driving licence and vehicle at least for six months for a serious offence. In case of using vehicle for crimes like rape, burglary, the vehicle should be confiscated and driving licence cancelled for life.

Yes, This is right. All offences should have tougher penalties so as to reduce repetition.
