Nobody will support rape or view against proper follow up action on this. But if the government obstructs the investigation and follow up of the case and rather penalizes the officer properly investigating the case, this amounts to being pro criminal and pro rapist in practice even if intention is to the contrary.

I would like to point out few facts. Delhi ranks no 1 in crime like rape, murder, molestation and kidnapping of girls, CM is a lady. UP was also No 1 in such crime, previous CM was a lady. Kolkata which was fare behind such scenes is now coming forward, CM is a lady.
I think people are taking undue advantage.

This is very true. Most of the doctors and compounders are behind such ugly incidence. Patient can hardly understand of feel what is happening with her. If anything adverse happens, they kill the patient in side hospital.
