who said that gay sex is moral. Delhi High court never said so. All decided is that this is a matter between consenting adults that need not be punished. Where is the need for supreme court to change Delhi High court Decision when even forced sex viz. rape is so common. Center would better bother about stopping rape of women rather than consensual gay and lesbian sex in spite of being immoral and socially unacceptable.

True! Also it is time that we stopped thinking about these issues as taboo and discuss them openly and maturely. Only then can everyone be aware of the problems that such people have to endure!

Supreme Court has rapped government on casual attitude to homosexuality.
It appears that this is not a matter government should bother much. Any relation between consenting males- moral or immoral- is not a matter for state except to the extent general health is concerned. This is more a social and ethical issue for which social and religious organizations have a more prominent role.
