Can we add referrals staying out of India?

There is no problem with referring those staying outside India. The payment has to be in rupees in India. The concerned users should make arrangement to get payment in India.

I also think it is not a problem.I think we have some members at USA and other countries.But if they wish payment some Indian address may be required as Gulshan said.
