rights of divorce wife or married woman

there is no special rights for the divorced women or married women. divorce women after divorce she wont have any rights on her husbands properties and all. Married women have all rights on her husband and his property too.

Question is not complete please, this should be specific as to which right you are referring about? Is that property, maintenance or keeping the children. Also the law allows different rights according to judgement of the court.

I think There is no such rule for man.This rights are only women's.Man can appeal in court and the decision depends upon woman.

The court will order about maintenance for wife and children whiling issuing Decree nisi for divorce. This depends on financial and other circumstances including reason for divorce. For better information, consult an advocate practicing in family court.

Court will share when divorcing they will share equal ratio of children to both.
