This is healthy to eat 10 to 20% lesser than our hunger. System digests it properly to keep us fit and fine. Besides people with problem of obesity face so many other problems as well.
It is true and I just want to add one thing that we should avoid fast food also.
Eating less food in correct time will give god energy.
We should eat only 1/3 rd needed for us, 1/3 rd for water and rest should be kept free. This is said by old wise people :)
Actually I believe in eating according to capacity of diet and then working hard to digest food. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables that is plus point of healthy diet.
This is perfect way to eat, I mean one eats according to his or her diet but this is advisable by dietecians as well experienced people to eat a little bit lesser than actual hunger. That helps digestive system work fine.
Yes it is mentioned in health books and articles that always eat less than you need.
Now a days overeating is a common thing we can see small children also facing obese. This must be reduced in future in our India will have in 10 mostly 8 people will be obessed.
Ya actually people including children like fast food so much and they eat it in regularly which leads to obesity.
As I understand, every one should eat according to his capacity and just a little lesser than what his system needs.
taking food based on our requirement will help keeping our body healthy. :)
Having light food is good for health. having less oily or with out oil food is more better in summer season
I do eat less in night as i think its not easy to digest food at night so its better to eat less then. :woohoo:
Yes.. That's true. My dad always tell me that we should eat with 25% less than our hunger.. This will keep us healthy and make us more active.

Yes you are correct as eating less in night time because we are not active on night and their is no way to digest our food. So, eat less on night time.

Sometime when i eat more i get gastric problems due to indigestion so its better not to eat more at night. :)

Yes heavy food at night can create problem at many ways.. Better not eat much.
